This takes forever and nothing works. Trying to connect it, the 5GHz connection disappears after a while and then appears again, tries to connect it, etc. So it does not work with the backported driver from PPA. ** Attachment added: "ubuntu 19.10 intel 3165 wifi card not connecting even to 5 GHz

@You-Sheng @vicamo I just tried the PPA and installed that driver. Although it sees the driver as functional in the external drivers' list, now, nothing works. I cannot connect to 2.4 GHz or 5 GHz. I had to disable that driver and restart to at least have 5GHz connection. I have 2 screenshots.
