When ethernet cable is connected, power consumption is quite high under 
suspend-to-idle.

[Fix]
Enable s0ix support for e1000e.

[Test]
When ethernet cable is connected, the power consumption is ~2.5w.
After applying the patch, it can be lowered to ~1.8w.
