Unfortunately, Ubuntu developers forgot something. I have been building
my optimized kernel with lz4 for 5 years ... and here it is necessary to
compile or upload lz4 and only then e.g. sudo

Just changed it on a fresh install of 20.04 and the problem is still
happening.
