Title:
  System Complete Crash Ubuntu 20.04 for parallel procedures AMD
  threadripper 3960x

Status in linux package in Ubuntu:
  Incomplete

Bug description:
  The system will suffer a complete crash when the following commands
  are used:

  mpirun 
  hwloc-ls

  This occurs immediately after the execution of any of these two
  commands. This started occurring only yesterday as I made a softwere
  update after the weekend. Before, everything was fine.
