To verify: - I installed groovy on 'durin' (in the maas pod), which installed with kernel -48. - Enabled -proposed, installed the new -49 kernel. (this automatically runs update-grub) - rebooted, confirmed that -49 is running. - ran update-grub manually. No NULL dereferences were observed.
