Public bug reported:
Recently acquired a new USB hub/dock which was working fine on the first
day. On the second day, I got a hard lock the moment I logged in.
After some more hard locks while troubleshooting, came to conclusion the
issue lies with my secondary screen connected via display port to the
USB hub.
Initially I was greeted with the error below:
