Bluetooth doesn't even shot up in the dropdown menu in the taskbar. It is still
present in the settings but can't turn on due to no adapter recognized

There are also some other issues with 21.10 and the laptop hardware
1) Closing lid does not often put the laptop into proper sleep state (led strip
stays on), but screen goes blank and does not resume when lid is opened. A
reboot is needed to recover from this.
