I can also confirm that the patches posted here and enabling
""i915.enable_psr=0" fixed all issues. I have also tried kernel 6.2.1
using "Ubuntu Mainline Kernel Installer" but that kernel has suspend
issues. How do I report this properly?

minutes), although I haven't seen it in the past 30 minutes, since I've
updated to your kernel.
And since this is related to i915, I'm also going to mention that I see
some visual distortions on the screen when I move my mouse
