[Summary]
Connect USB-C to HDMI monitor to USB-C display port and 4K DP monitor to DP 
port on docking, the external monitors cannot display.

Note:
1. Single 4K UHD montior on DP port can output successfully on docking.
2. Single FHD monitor with USB-C to HDMI adapter on USB-C displayport can 
output successfully on docking.

[Steps to reproduce]
1. Poweroff the system and plug docking station to the system
2. Boot up system from docking power button
3. Connect external display with USB-C to HDMI adapter to the USB-C display 
port on docking
4. Connect 4K UHD monitor with DP cable to DP port on docking station
5. Check the displays.

[Expected result]
Can output display successfully when the system connects to the dual monitor.

[Actual result]
Cannot output external displays by connecting USB-C to HDMI on USB-C display 
port and DP monitor to DP port on docking station.
