Investigations show that they were all upstream accepted in kernel 5.19.
With that they are already included in the Ubuntu kernel Ubuntu-5.19.0-10.10,
means it is already in lunar, but also already in kinetic.

Bug description:
  Insufficient or ambiguous logging messages in the platform-specific
  PCI support layer makes it unnecessarily hard to service client
  issues. This feature should improve the logging to a point where it is
  easier to provide a substantial level of support based on logs as
  collected by dbginfo.sh.
