  USB webcam microphone not working

Status in linux package in Ubuntu:
  Incomplete

Bug description:
  I am running Lunar Lobster and have an issue with the microphone on my
  Webcam. Note that the Webcam works fine under Windows and I also had
  the same issue with Kinetic Kudu.
