Bug description:
  Running Kubuntu 22.04 LTS (lsb_release -a: Ubuntu 22.04.2 LTS) I was
  informed that new packages are available and I just hit update. This
  caused my system running 5.15.0-76-generic to be switched to
  5.19.0-1010-nvidia-lowlatency.

  I noted this as I was now running into bugs like
