Acer Logitech, Inc. Orbicam fails to start working.

Status
Ubuntu 13.04 on Acer 5630, Orbicam still does not work. I get green
screen (webcam led is on) on Skype's options and i can not make a video
call. lsusb detects the webcam correctly.
