I tried hibernation with my old existing kernels 3.8.0-26 and 3.8.0-27 from
raring installation.
Now we just load new session, and boot.log have this:

see in linux 3.2.0-38 and later kernels is the error happening in a loop
in the later versions.

I don't know what the "D" stands for, but we don't have the same identical CPU.
I give you the feedback from the kernel developers and from the MainBoard
vendor.
I had already tried the above command (rdmsr). It says "1" ... DISABLED.
I was under impression that my use of triple monitor configuration on single
HD4000 GPU is kinda corner case (there might be others on Phoronix forums that
may disagree on this :).

feature was turned off in the bios. Could you please boot into the bios

Meanwhile, writing this using Quantal (LiveUSB) after having been
through a few suspend/resume loops including some light web browsing in
between, I feel comforable concluding that the suspend/resume problems
did not occur with Quantal on nouveau.

tried to solve the problem on precise working with @remus offline. couldn't
fix it, so i installed raring and kernel 3.10, and now wifi works. thanks a
million @remus.
