Congratulation, you just broke the graphical environment of all FGLRX users.
I don't know if there is the same problem on Trusty, but Vivid is definitely

This is not a duplicated bug. I made a fresh installation last week with
14.04.3 (LTS Enablement Stack On), updated all the system and installed
Fglrx succesfully (with Kernel 3.19.0-25). But when updating to
3.19.0-26, Fglrx brokes and the system boots up without Flgrx. When re-
installing Flgrx
