The netbook still had the problem of not resuming from suspend with
Ubuntu 15.10.
The releases I have tested the netbook with are: 15.10 and 16.04-dev.

After installing upstream kernel, reboot and direct freeze on logon

I think the cause might be the broadcom driver. I have the same issue
with a broadcom driver on the BCM4352. After installing Ubuntu 15.10 I
added drivers for the broadcom and the computer cannot suspend resume.

Steps to reproduce (happens > 50% of the time, but not every time):
Turn on an Osprey 2 Mini
Connect it to a USB port via a USB cable while both the device and
computer are on (i.e. hotplug)
Observed symptoms:
- sometimes the Osprey 2 Mini goes into an endless reset loop
