After I formated my flash drive as NTFS instead of FAT32, I was able to
transfer all the files without any problems, but I can't format the
external storage drives to NTFS to be able to transfer files to it.
PS : I faced this problem with many kernel version and different distros

Installed ubuntu 16.04 a while ago and touchpad was working. It does work as
well on LiveCDs.
After upgrading kernel and some system packages (i've even removed
xorg-input-synaptics), touchpad does not even show in `xinput list`. USB mouse
works though.

I wonder if your system has Over-Amplification stuck on (even if the GUI says
otherwise). Can you please look at Settings > Sound and make sure that:
1. 'Over-Amplification' = OFF
2. Lower the value of 'Output volume'

So... the error happened :(
I don't know if it's related but I was compiling QT 5 inside a virtual
machine and gone to sleep. When I woke up there was an error in the
compilation about not being able to allocate virtual memory. The vm was
unusable (I pressed things and they won't work) then I
