lubuntu 18.10 x86 (32bit) image fails to load "ehci-pci
In my case crash can happen on freshly booted system as well. And it is
more likely to happen when I'm using Wi-Fi actively, although it
sometimes happens even if I barely use Wi-Fi (eg. I'm connected via
ethernet cable and Wi-Fi at the same time and routing is configured to
use the cable).
Upstream kernel 4.19.0-rc7 doesn't help either.

Another thing to note. The stutter (every 5 seconds a freeze frame) is
consistently reproduce-able on Gnome on Ubuntu 18.04 but when you switch
to Unity there is no stutter the video at all. So suspect that Gnome
could also be playing a part in this issue.
