Still occurs on 5.4.0-31 update, only less severe. Laptop is useable now as
long as no video is being played.
By the looks of it, i915.enable_psr=0 as kernel boot parameter doesn't have any
notable effect.

The reason for udev cleaning up the links is that they are missing from the
change event's DEVLINKS.
Since bcache-tools manages those symlinks IMO it should keep them around.

Hello, it is bewitched the small laptop runs with the kernel 5.3.0-51 as
well as 4.15.0-99 + 101 so far without problems. I can not understand
