Microsoft says, "We have not seen this issue in our regular testing. The
issue only showed up in a customer’s environment. For this patch,
regression tests should be good enough. Regression tests are performed

Given that no regressions have been reported I
Marking verification done, though I've not had explicit testing results
from Amazon. Their comment in SF:#00308561 was, "thanks for putting in
the extra effort to get this released so quickly." By that I assume they
have been successfully using the test kernel as this bug was an arm64
show stopper
It did appear randomly one day. I guess some update caused, but I have
no way of knowing which one.
