As James Dupin suggests, I installed phonon-backend-gstreamer1.0 (but no phonon-backend-gstreamer1.0-common which was not listed in my configuration) with synaptic. It uninstalled automaticaly phonon-backend-gstreamer and phonon-backend-gstreamer-common. And then digikam runs like a charm.
