3.16.0-45 with the LTS enable stack:

I downloaded and tested the V4.2-rc4-unstable kernel. I verified it was the one
running by displaying /proc/version. The bug still persists. The F5 key light
goes off for about 1 sec. and the keyboard is disabled while the light is off.

Public bug reported:
The previous kernel 3.13.0-58.97 does not show the issue when booting back into
it. Currently only noticed on starting Steam but there its is reproducable
every time on X230 laptop (Intel graphics). Might be related to Steam using
32bit libraries.

I have this same problem with Steam just after the kubuntu update to
3.13.0-59-generic GNU/Linux just this morning.
It cannot any longer detect it's game directory.

Set up two trusty machines and two vivid machines both updated to the
appropriate -proposed and confirmed they could all be configured into
the same fans. Also setup lxc containers on two of them and confirmed
they could talk to each other as expected. Marking verified.
