I get this same error, even now, after YEARS lol. I'm currently running vanilla
Ubuntu 19.04, with the upgrades installed via update manager. Here is the paste

most users will do after the stable 19.10 is released. Most of them will

I am having the same issue since 18.04. I monitored the memory usage in
system monitor. The total RAM uses increases gradually after the boot.
Even if no program is running it goes on increasing until it is 100% and
then everything freezes. The memory uses by the processes doesn't add up
to the
Ubuntu 19.10 us still under development at the moment, highly
reccomended if you want to help testing to install the live daily of
19.10 instead of upgrading in this stage
