After issuing a software reboot, the machine hangs at a black screen
after the grub prompt, before the kernel boots. This lasts at least five

Another Foxconn bluetooth device on MT7921 doesn't load driver.
[Fix]
MT7921 bluetooth needs both driver and firmware, firmware is SRUed.
Add ID in btusb.
Due to the project schedule, this patch is not applied by upstream,
SRU it for oem-5.13
