I just saw it says "High Fidelity Playback (A2DP sink, codec SBC-XQ)". So it

But as soon as I change my Mic Input Device to my headphones it changes to

I have exactly the same problem. The "knock knock" sound on Windows
occurs when you come back to Windows after having boot on Linux. If you
reboot twice on Windows, the sound go back to normal.
