I did an check and can confirm that the chromium-browser as installed by
the usual 22.04 package is *NOT* affected.
But Google chrome well as google-chrome-beta installed by the PPA

It happens every time I suspend with a type-C dock connected (the laptop
does not support the HDMI out on type-C, so I'm only using it as a USB
