libnvidia-nscq & fabric-manager are userspace packages related to the
ERD drivers.
Once ERD drivers are removed from the archive so should these packages
too

I've successfully confirmed that the mount issues seem to be fixed using
systemd from focal-proposed. Using the 'rep-tmpfs.sh' script, all
variants ran without any issues for multiple rounds. Basic testing on a
VM also looks good. Below are the versions used for this test:

If you look at page 2 of the schematic:

you'll see that the fan is connected directly to the 5V power supply.
There is no way to turn it off but to cut the power to the whole board.
