Sadly I am unable to perform the BIOS update, as flashrom complains that
Management Engine region is locked,
FreeDOS crashes with a Interrupt divide by zero immediately on booting, and I
don't have access to windows. I guess I'll have to live with the workaround for
now.

Lenovo Thinkpad P1 Gen 4 integrated RGB camera stopped working some time ago.
Ubuntu is regularly updated, so I can't say which kernel introduced the issue.
The camera does not work in other apps using camera either, such as Slack,
Teams, etc.
