Public bug reported:
When i try to suspend the system the screen turns off, the PC becomes
really hot(the fan won't stop working) and i'm not able to do anything
after this. The only option is to hard-press the power button to turn it
off.
ProblemType: Bug
DistroRelease: Ubuntu 16.04
Package:
So i tested all these kernel from the mainline:
v4.7-rc2-yakkety/ 2016-06-05 23:31
v4.4.13-xenial/ 2016-06-08 04:45
v4.4.12-xenial/ 2016-06-01 22:00
v4.4.11-xenial/ 2016-05-19 03:45
v4.4.10-xenial/ 2016-05-11 11:30

row or after i logged out and in. The kernel i used is:
Linux ubuntu 4.7.0-040700rc2-generic #201606051831 SMP Sun Jun 5 22:33:44
UTC 2016 x86_64 x86_64 x86_64 GNU/Linux

I'm using kernel 4.4.11 from Kernel MainlineBuilds and the suspend
works. I can say that also the PC is a lot cooler, with the default
kernel(4.4.0) the fan was working almost all of the time.
