You need to copy `lsmod` to your build machine, then do what [1] describes.
Also, you should use "$ make -j`nproc` deb-pkg`" to make a deb package, it's
easier to move a deb package to another machine.

Fedora does not have module sm750fb:
# CONFIG_FB_SM750 is not set
Please file escalate the issue to linux-fb mailing list [1].
In the interim, blacklisting the module should make it work like Fedora.

Hmm, 4.11.0-10.15 is already the latest one on Artful, and it doesn't
have the issue per comment #6.
So which kernel has the suspend/resume issue? Is it the mainline linux
(Linux 4.13.0-041300rc3-generic) you installed?

apport-collect probably won't provide anymore information here.
As Pilot6 pointed out, you need to add the device id to btusb.c:
diff --git a/drivers/bluetooth/btusb.c b/drivers/bluetooth/btusb.c

@Pilot6

At least the null dereference issue is solved, I'll send a patch for
that.
Regarding to the probe issue, please test this kernel and attach dmesg:
