I can confirm this also happens on elementary OS 6 with nvidia-driver-470. I
tried to add a limit to /etc/systemd/journald.conf, but it didn't help at all.
Finally I managed to limit the log size using this tutorial:

Public bug reported:
Linux kernel since 5.7 allows to write eBPF programs which can be
attached to LSM hooks. More details here:

There are already projects trying to leverage that
systemd with the restrict-fs feature

I am running LG Gram 16Z90Q (Intel I5) with PopOS and kernel 6.0.6 and I
don't have this issue. Battery lasts half a day, it does not get hot
whether plugged in or not. I had stability issues with Ubuntu, although I
was running the newest release, not the LTS version and I did not have much
time
Public bug reported:
I run this laptop with two external screens, using displayport daisy
chaining, connected over USB-C. This crash happens when the daisy-
chained screen loses connection. Here's a trace from the syslog:

@doctor-rover I believe that's a different issue and deserves a separate
bug report.

Confirmed
The kernel bugzilla response is:
The vmwgfx kernel module does not support devices without the pitchlock
capability. Sorry. In that case you need to use the xf86-video-vmware
driver standalone without kernel modesetting.
So presumably this is some capability to be added to the qemu device

I do experience this bug as well. Everything was working under artful,
now it does not - in my case this was not an upgrade, but a clean
