Public bug reported: I have a "Proton" email account, which works very nice through my Ubuntu phone. However, I am not receiving notifications when I get emails come through. So I can miss them. I am unable to add Proton email (or anything else) to the list of applications I receive notifications

Once again, lets take a small step back and look at this from the users point of view. Why would you need me to attach (or even see the) log files to see that if you have for example; browser, Dotty, Dekko and Settings open before you restart your phone or tablet. On start-up these apps/screens
