Public bug reported: Intermitently I get errors stating that various programs cannot allocate memory when reading /proc/stat I have 2 servers that are affected by the issue. Probably a duplicate of 1226172 [1764593.455329] top: page allocation failure: order:4, mode:0x1040d0 [1764593.455335]
