One other point of note, is after the Turn off screen when inactive
for: duration specified in the brightness lock settings has ellapsed,
instead of turning off the screen, it goes black (without turning off),
and the mouse cursor is still visible. Yet, the hotkey for screen on/off

With a Windows To Go installation I was able to update to v1.09 without any
dual-booting or similarly.

the middle-click down, the cursor functions fine. I can left-click while
doing the middle-click, and it'll be as if I'm not using the middle-
click button at all.

I experienced similar problems with my laptop HP Compaq nc6120 in Ubuntu
14.04. The bug is also present in Debian testing when using kernel 3.13
but not with kernel 3.11. Therefore this seems to be a wider laptop
