Installed Nemo file manager since Xenial Files does not have the Browse Network feature that Trusty does. With Nemo browsing the network just fine to Windows 10 was able to get printer installed. Not a BIOS problem. Entered a bug against Ubuntu Files, confirmed, missing browse network selection
