Hi Hui,
the problem is regarding the internal mic.
I've tried different versions of kernel, reloaded the alsa drivers but
nothing to do.. This afternnon I tried to remove the nvidia driver and
reinstall the 5.3.16 kernel and now it works fine.

I've installed the 19.10 without the nvidia drivers.
The sound is good but metallic. sometimes it croaks and the headphones
don't always work properly.

Initially I've installed Ubuntu 19.10 with nvidia drivers experiencing the

on my Zenbook I stopped using the open source drivers but using the
5.3.0-26-generic kernel and the Nvidia 435 driver both Ubuntu and the

I suggest you to install Ubuntu without the NVIDIA drivers and then install
them again.
