Seems like smth with usb driver, because the mouse is hanging
completely, cursor disappearing and right before the kernel Oops in
syslog there are 4 lines like:
kernel: [ 36.631326] usb 2-1.4: 3:1: cannot get freq at ep 0x82
ep 0x82 is present in all 4 lines.

Christopher, I have tested also the 3.19.1-vivid and 3.19-vivid mainline
kernels - no hangs. But as soon as I am booting the Ubuntu specific
3.19.0-24-generic - the hang occured right on the first boot.

Tested on mainline generic kernel v4.2-rc3-unstable:
5 tests restarting the machine and launching Dropbox + big file copy to
ntfs partition + Firefox - the issue is gone.
