I have installed and boot into kernel v4.18 and the issue is not
present.

One observation - auto rotate feature isn't working in v4.18, but worked
on v5.0

Public bug reported:
This issue was observed in laptop -"iBall-Aer3" which has a touch-pad with
integrated fingerprint scanner. Both works very well in Windows 10, but not in
Linux.
Please Check.
