the resume issue for me either.

Unfortunately, "nopti" (GRUB_CMDLINE_LINUX_DEFAULT="nopti loglevel=7
no_console_suspend") does not at all make a difference for me.
Tested hibernate-resume cycles with 4.13.0-25, 4.13.0-26, 4.13.0-31 and
4.13.0-32.

4.13.0.30 - broken (from Canonical Kernel Team PPA)
