I've updated to the latest ubuntu 22.10 with kernel 5.19.0-23-generic and the issue isn't fixed. I've tried to disable psr by adding i915.enable_psr=0 and still flickering. The only thing that solved the issue was adding nomodeset to the GRUB_CMDLINE_LINUX_DEFAULT but now I cannot connect an

I'm having the same flickering issue with Ubuntu 18.04 image from the dell recovery image. And I also tried Ubuntu 22.04 It worked fine before and the flickering started when I changed the motherboard. I've tried most of the flags on the grub config but the only one that worked was `nomodeset`
