I also have this issue on a Thinkpad T14s, AMD Ryzen 7 PRO 4750U.
The issue is not present with kernels 5.9.10 or 5.15.23. It is present

touchpad and touchscreen doesn't work at all on ACE
Thank you for the workaround! With the latest Ubuntu this works with
just the "pci=nocrs" parameter. The pen input works fully in Wayland,
but not at all in X11.

@kamalmostafa - Adding another datapoint: installed 4.4.0-117.141 on a
vm guest on ESXi 6.0 on a host running Intel Xeon CPU E5-2695 v4
(Broadwell) and the issue still occurs. Disabling the apparmor profile

I am not sure how I go about installing the 4.15 kernel
I have used Synaptic package manager to upgrade linux-firmware to 1.157.15 and
the kernel to 4.13.0.32.52. Neither fixed the problem, but the kernal produced
a second Bluetooth icon on the task bar, with a different drop down menu.

I'm not sure if this makes any sense but when I booted with the
v4.1-rc3-unstable kernel it was as if the wireless card just wasn't
detected at all. No sign of it in the network manager and no option to
enable wi-fi.
