After I posted it I feel it stopped for a while, haven't seen the bug
for a week, maybe it was just luck, because now it is happening again in
past days.

Yes I got exactly same problem with Logitech K520 on both home and work
computer. Both computers was previously raised from 14.04 to 16.04
Ubuntu. On previous version there was never any kind of problem like
this.
