[Kernel-packages] [Bug 1636647] [NEW] perf stat interval display broken on 4.4.x

2016-10-25 Thread James Yang
Public bug reported: perf stat with interval display (-I flag) gives incorrect results because the following perf/urgent patch has not been applied. (It's not in upstream longterm 4.4 either.) https://git.kernel.org/cgit/linux/kernel/git/stable/linux-

2016-06-29 Thread James Yang

[Kernel-packages] [Bug 1594455] [NEW] enable CRC32 and AES ARM64 by default or as module

2016-06-20 Thread James Yang
Public bug reported: The following kernel config options are disabled in linux- image-4.4.0-25-generic_4.4.0-25.44_arm64.deb and earlier. I ask that these config options to be turned on or set to use as module so that a kernel running on hardware that supports the instructions will use them.
