Here is the output of lspci -vvnn on my computer. It's from the 256GB version of the samsung NVMe. On my systems I've never had any corruption problems, even moving large (60GB+) VM files and installing OS on ext4 multiple times. Currently running stock LM 19. Hope this helps. ** Attachment

Stumbled onto this bug from somewhere else, and noticed that it seems I have the same samsung SSD drive SM961/PM961 (Same output on lspci --vvnn regarding the NVMe as Lucas posted,). However, for me it has worked without any problems on stock ubuntu 18.04 / mint / kubuntu installations. Perhaps it
