I would like to add that the Bluetooth is not reliable on Ubuntu 14.04.2. Sometimes it works, sometimes it does not work. I have this card: 01:00.0 Network controller [0280]: Realtek Semiconductor Co., Ltd. RTL8723BE PCIe Wireless Network Adapter [10ec:b723] I used the ppa on Ubuntu 14.04.2 Kernel 3.16.0-41 and Blue-tooth works.
