Tried both (3.17 kernel and 3.13 with iwl-ltr patch), no changes at all with 3.17 for me, it seems thath with the other one disconnection comes after but persists. My efficient test is to do a fresh download of a big steam game (Borderlands 2). For the moment , I never succeeded to download it
