@Jean-Philippe you can reload only the module:
sudo rmmod rtl8723be  sudo modprobe rtl8723be
This will help without reboot

@Adam so the new kernel does not solve the problem :(

  Some RTL8188EE do have get any results when searching for wireless
  networks, need to enable MSI interrupt to get it work.

  The newest feedback: RTL8188EE [10ec:8179] and RTL8723BE [10ec:b723]
  have MSI compatibility issue, on some certain platforms they work fine
  with MSI but break connections without MSI, on some other certain
  platforms it's opposite.

  So, will fallback to default pin-based and provide a kernel parameter
  to enable MSI.

There is some problem with the wifi. 
After an hour or two of the connection falls off. 

The logs found nothing interesting. 
How to catch the problem?

Indeed it was in the mirror.

Updated kernel. Now wifi works perfectly - the connection and the sites
themselves, ssh, and the rest.

I copied the specified firmware. Restart the computer. 
Successfully connected to wifi, but then nothing works. 

Maximum that was possible - it will connect via ssh to my local server
for a while - then the connection broken.

After install upgrades with new kernel i have this error in dmesg and
wifi still not work.
