I'm having this issue on a new Metabox NH77HK (built by Clevo) on Kubuntu 20.04. Elantech touchpad. I've resolved for now with psmouse driver, but scrolling doesn't work and it doesn't disable while typing. It's listed as 'won't fix' above. Will I need to upgrade to Hirsute when the fix is

*** This bug is a duplicate of bug 1813663 *** https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/1813663 I have an Lenovo T470s with current NEON (Ubuntu 18.04 based) with the same problem. If I disconnect it from the docking station it freezes. After reverting back to the 4.15.0.43 kernel the issue is gone.
