Yes, I reported both of them. The problem needs fixing separately in
each package where it occurs. But if you fix one of them, it should be
easy to fix the other.

1. Open System Settings Bluetooth.
2. If Bluetooth is off, at a terminal, turn it on using sudo hciconfig hci0
up.
3. At a terminal, bluez-test-adapter list | grep Powered
4. Turn off Bluetooth.

sentence of the bug report. If I had steps to reproduce the problem, I
would have provided them. Since I made clear that I do not, why are you
suggesting that I test a different kernel? What would I do with the
kernel,
