Reinstalled 16.04, updated to latest kernel (4.4.0-17) and using nouveau. suspends still fails. Public bug reported: suspend didn't work with bios 1.1.3 upgraded bios to 1.1.7 still can suspend. It hangs on black screen, fan still works, no indication of suspend. needed to force a hard boot.
